Outer Banks NC

We have never been to the Outer Banks and we need a place to rent. Looking for a house or cottage to rent on a small budget from August 15 until August 21 or 22. Family of 4. I am 26, husband 28, kids 6 and 9. No pets and non smoking. We are neat and clean people and have references. Looking for something within walking distance of the ocean. Some other places we'd like to visit are Jockey's Ridge, the aquarium, Kitty Hawk, and Pirate Adventures, so something around any of those would be okay too. Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath house with cable tv with dvd, central air/heat, deck, sleeps 5-7 with 1 queen 1 double and 3 twin beds, has washer and dryer, microwave, coffe maker, and dishes, great surf break 600 feet to beach, avalon pier and awful arthur's oyster bar are an easy walk. Within 1 mile of cottage there are plenty of things to do including 9 restaurants,1 arcade, 2 mini-golf, 1 lions club bingo, K-mart, 1 movie theater (10 movies), 3 banks, 10 apparel shops, and avalon fishing pier.

Memorial Day through Labor Day-$800.00 per week


July 4th-July11th-1000.00 per week


Any weekend-$300.00


Check in is Sundays at 3:00 pm

Hi, I am looking to get a house for this weekend for a surprise get-away in the Outer Banks.Hopefully in the Kitty Hawk, KDH, Nags Head area. Can afford $400-$600 for the weekend.

3-level beach cottage in very nice, quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean and sound. Nice neighborhood for long walks and bike riding. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, large great room with dining room, large eat-in kitchen, laundry room, 3 decks (2 with ocean view), enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area, charcoal grill, central heat/air, baby equipment (portacrib, highchair). Plenty of parking underneath cottage and in driveway. NO SMOKING/NO PETS. Rents from Sunday to Sunday.































































































Weeks available: everything after August 22nd. The weeks before and after Labor Day are available, as well.

Hello. We are looking for an available rental Aug 20- Aug 22. We will arrive early Friday 8/20 and leave around noon on 8/22. We have a very well behaved (seasoned OBX traveler) adult labradoodle. If he is left in the house alone, he will be caged.




A 3 BR place would be ideal but a 2 bedroom would be ok (if there is room for an air mattress in the living room).




Please contact us if you have a place available these 2 nights. We can bring our own towels and linens and leave the place sparkling clean (vacuuming, cleaning etc). We are all adults (and 1 infant) so we are all very responsible and will treat your home as we would our own! Proximity to the beach is irrelevant....we just don't want to be too far away from Duck. We have a rental in Duck that starts that Sunday.
